Kimberly’s journey is a testament to the transformative power of faith, healing, and purpose. In 2013, after the heartbreaking loss of her best friend, Laura Sweetman, Kimberly fell to her knees in grief and encountered the undeniable presence of God. Witnessing His signs through flickering lights, she experienced a profound awakening, reigniting her faith and realizing that God had been guiding her steps all along.

At the age of 22, Kimberly launched her career by founding Arizona Fitness Trainer in 2012. A graduate of the National Personal Training Institute in Chandler, Arizona, she began her professional path in health and fitness with certifications in NASM CPT, Corrective Exercise, and Holistic Health Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Initially, she believed she was navigating life independently, but as her relationship with God deepened, she saw how His hand had shaped her journey.

In 2015, after a heartfelt prayer for guidance and a life partner, Kimberly met Timothy Lucas, her future husband and partner in purpose. Together, they established TK Stretching in 2016 in Gilbert, Arizona, blending Fascial Stretch Therapy and personal training. Their shared mission of promoting healing and growth flourished, and in 2018, they answered God’s calling to relocate their business to Austin, Texas. This leap of faith became a pivotal moment in Kimberly’s life, bringing profound physical and spiritual healing and solidifying her belief in God’s plans.

From 2018 to 2022, Kimberly expanded her education in both spiritual and therapeutic practices, earning certifications in Fascial Stretch Therapy, the Completion Process, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). She discovered her passion for guiding individuals toward harmony and healing, especially those struggling with past traumas, addiction, and pain.

In 2019, Kimberly and Autumn Bouakadakis co-founded The Starlift Academy, a Sacred Healing School dedicated to guiding individuals back to God’s Light. Working with the Holy Spirit, they help others rediscover their divine purpose and align with God’s truth. Through her work, Kimberly empowers others to embrace their God-given identity and step into a life of healing and purpose.

Today, Kimberly and Timothy continue to lead TK Stretching, offering Fascial Stretch Therapy, Spiritual Guidance, QHHT, and NLP to help others find freedom from physical, emotional, and spiritual pain. With her unwavering faith in God’s promises, Kimberly dedicates her life to helping others shine their light, as Matthew 5:16 encourages: “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

Kimberly believes that surrendering fully to God’s will allows His power to work through us, bringing transformation, healing, and hope. As Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Autumn Boukadakis began her training in the creative arts after graduating from The University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts at the Butler School of Music. Her career has spanned a multitude of talents, art forms, and genres.

For over a decade, she worked on-air in the radio industry in Austin, TX, fine-tuning her creative skills, while touring as a singer/songwriter, sharing her many gifts and releasing four studio albums.

She is also a 600 hr certified teacher in the healing arts of body alignment, and advanced her artistic cravings further when opening an interior design firm called Spindle Design Co. Additionally, she is a published author of The Book of Love.

While training to work with foster children in 2015, Autumn realized she was being divinely led to various faith-based approaches to cognitive behavioral therapy and alternate modalities to healing, which fueled her creativity and curiosity even further.

She quickly realized how misunderstood mental health is, and how patients have been stigmatized, institutionalized, and completely misguided.

Autumn started working with Kimberly Lucas in 2019, and discovered firsthand that by unlocking our faith with creativity, one can realize their true potential and limitlessness, and take accountability for who they are.

Combining the creative and healing arts through a sacred lens led to an innovative and visionary approach to higher connection and Truth.

Amid this adventure of creative meanderings, and among many, many trials & tribulations, a spiritual awakening of salvation occurred and sweet Jesus brought the revelations needed to proceed with a clear, direct, and most poignant mission: THE STARLIFT ACADEMY.

Autumn and Kimberly created The Starlift Academy in service to their faith and devotion, in hopes of guiding others back to the center of who we were all born to be, in the most spirit-filled, imaginative and loving way.

Autumn is particularly interested in serving the gifts of neurodivergent minds, the highly creative, PTSD survivors, veterans, addicts seeking recovery, ACA travelers, and children.

Sherri Ferns is a devoted teacher at the Starlift Academy, where she helps individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom and deepen their relationship with God through the transformative love of Jesus. Her journey began in the corporate world, where she excelled in hospitality and event management. Despite her professional success, Sherri felt an undeniable longing for something greater—a call to align her life with her faith and divine purpose.

In 2021, a divine encounter with a mentor sparked a profound awakening. Sherri turned to her faith, finding clarity and purpose through Jesus’ words: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). She realized her mission was not just to succeed professionally but to serve others by guiding them back to the truth of God’s love and their unique purpose.

As a teacher of the Starlift system, Sherri focuses on helping women embrace their God-given identity and live with clarity, strength, and faith. Inspired by Jesus’ command to “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:16), she encourages her students to step boldly into their divine calling.

Sherri believes that Jesus is the ultimate source of healing, connection, and purpose. Through His example of love and grace, she leads her students to release fear, rediscover their inner voice, and walk in alignment with God’s will. With scripture like “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13), she reminds them that with Jesus, anything is possible.

Grounded in her faith and fueled by her passion for helping others, Sherri Ferns is committed to creating a safe, nurturing space for spiritual growth and transformation. At the Starlift Academy, she  and Jesus walk alongside her students guiding them to the ultimate truth: that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).
